American Heritage Credit Union has opened its newest branch in North Coventry, PA further enhancing its presence and convenience in the Chester and Montgomery County regions. American Heritage’s newest location offers a full-service solution center for individuals, families, and businesses in the local community, delivering affordable and premiere banking, borrowing, payment solutions, business services, investments, and realty services via the latest technology, safety, and convenience channels.

American Heritage Credit Union has donated over 4,300 new books to hospitals, community centers, and special care facilities throughout the Philadelphia and suburban region during its 14th Annual Books for Kids program. The program collected over $11,950 in donations from members throughout the summer and fall to purchase and distribute the books. Since inception, the program has donated over 65,300 books and raised over $152,000.

The Kids-N-Hope Foundation raised over $143,000 during its 28th annual Golf Classic event at the Huntingdon Valley Country Club. The annual golf outing serves as one of the signature fundraising and recognition events for The Foundation to support music therapy programs and other child life services. In the fall of 1777, Philadelphia was seized by the British and occupied for nine long months. The Museum of the American Revolution will recreate this little-known time in our city’s history as part of its annual living history event, Occupied Philadelphia, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 10 AM – 5 PM and Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 10 AM – 3 PM The Museum will offer guided neighborhood walking tours and family-friendly activities exploring what life was like while British forces controlled – or, for some people, attempted to liberate – Philadelphia.

American Heritage Credit Union invites its credit union members and the community to help collect 20,000 pounds of food in its 10th annual Spirit of Giving Food Drive. All nonperishable food donations will be distributed to various food pantries and food banks throughout the region the credit union serves. The Spirit of Giving Food Drive is a part of American Heritage's annual holiday initiatives and provides much needed meals, nonperishable food items, and monetary donations to local families and organizations in need.
