American Heritage Credit Union is awarding 30 high school senior members with a $1,000 scholarship to help ease the financial burden of higher education expenses. American Heritage’s Scholarship Committee will select the 2024 recipients based on their scholarly merits, community and school involvement, a letter of recommendation, credit union eligibility, and a submitted essay describing an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of oneself or others.

American Heritage Launches My CU Home Connection™ Program

American Heritage Credit Union and its mortgage company (First Heritage Mortgage Services) have partnered with First Heritage Realty Alliance and Member Settlement Solutions LLC. to launch the My CU Home Connection™ Program. This program provides an all-in-one bundled service to help members search, buy, sell, and save on their next home! Homebuyers can earn realty cash rewards, hundreds in mortgage lender credits, and have ancillary title fees waived. And, sellers can save thousands in real estate fees through the program.

The Kids-N-Hope Foundation Donates $602,500 to Children’s Health and Life Service Organizations and Local Area Hospitals

The Kids-N-Hope Foundation has announced $602,500 in annual contributions to support their mission of funding music therapy, music programs, and child life services through organizations and local area hospitals, including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Music Therapy Program. Since its inception over 25 years ago, the Foundation has raised and donated over $3.7 million for pediatric therapy programs in the Philadelphia region, including more than $3.3 million for CHOP.
