Golfers provide a donation in order to participate in this Kids-N-Hope Foundation (KNH) event. Prizes are awarded for low scoring teams and skill competitions are held such as Beat the Pro, Putting Contest, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. An awards dinner and silent auction program are held after golf, as well as a brief overview of the importance and impact of the Foundation — with guest speakers!
Tee off with Corey Pavin - Mastercard Ambassador and golf legend!
This year, donors will be able to participate this event with Mastercard Ambassador and golf legend, Corey Pavin.
Corey Pavin is a 15-time PGA TOUR winner, including one major championship victory at the 1995 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills. Pavin spent more than 150 weeks in the Top 10 of the Official World Golf Rankings between 1986 and 1997, climbing up to the No. 2 golfer in the world in 1996. He won the 1984 PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year Award as well as the 1991 PGA TOUR Player of the Year Award, and played for the U.S. team in three Ryder Cups (1991, 1993, and 1995). In 2010, Pavin made his Champions Tour debut and was named Captain of the U.S. Ryder Cup team. Pavin still plays on the Champions Tour, where he has won once and has had 54 Top 10 finishes. He is a native of Ventura County, California and attended UCLA, where he was named a first-team All-American twice and won the NCAA Player of the Year Award (1982).

Participate in Our Helicopter Golf Ball Drop
Enter the helicopter golf ball drop for a chance to win $5,000! A helicopter will drop a load of numbered balls onto the green following the outing at 4:45pm. The ball closet to the pin or in the hole will win $5,000! Purchase 1 ball for $25 or 3 balls for $50. All golf balls must be purchased before 11:00am on Monday, September 28, 2026. Only 500 golf balls will be sold so the odds of winning is 1 in 500.* A winner will be announced on September 28th immediately following the ball drop.
*The winner will receive 50% of gross proceeds of the golf ball drop.
A Brief History of KNH Foundation:
The Kids-N-Hope Foundation raises money to support Child Life Services, specifically, Music Therapy at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and other local hospitals within American Heritage's Workplace Partnership Program.
When a child becomes ill or injured, normal activities and relationships are disrupted. American Heritage Credit Union and its Kids-N-Hope Foundation are proud to support opportunities to engage children in normal day-to-day activities, support their development, and enhance their ability to cope with the hospital experience.
