Annual Golf Classic and Silent Auction
Our 30th Annual Golf Classic will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025 at the Huntingdon Valley Country Club in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Practice Ranges open at 9:00 AM and the Shotgun Start is at 11:00 AM.
Working with our Partners to make a difference in the community.
Golfers provide a donation in order to participate in this Kids-N-Hope Foundation (KNH) event. Prizes are awarded for low scoring teams and skill competitions are held such as Beat the Pro, Putting Contest, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. An awards dinner and silent auction program are held after golf, as well as a brief overview of the importance and impact of the Foundation — with guest speakers!
This year, donors will be able to participate this event with Mastercard Ambassador and golf legend Curtis Strange.
Strange is a 17-time PGA TOUR winner, including victories at the 1988 and 1989 U.S. Open and the 1988 TOUR Championship. In 1983 Curtis helped Team USA win the Ryder Cup and in 2002 he served as the captain for Team USA. Curtis designed The Odyssey Golf Foundation course, which provides therapeutic and recreational benefits to veterans, active military personnel, and children and adults with special needs. Curtis was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2007. Golfers will be able to attend a Pre-Round Clinic to receive pointers directly from the pros, as well as a Beat the Pro challenge with select donation package.

Participate in Our Helicopter Golf Ball Drop
A Helicopter Golf Ball Drop will take place following the outing at 4:15 PM. All golf balls must be purchased online before 12:00 PM on Friday, September 26, 2025 by clicking here. A Helicopter will drop a load of numbered balls onto the 18th green at Huntingdon Valley Country Club. The ball closest to the pin or in the hole will win a cash prize of up to $6,250*. Only 250 golf balls will be sold so the odds of winning is 1 in 250. Golf balls will be sold via online tickets, which will be assigned numbers in the order they are received. These numbers will represent a corresponding numbered golf ball. A winner will be announced on October 3rd by 5:00 PM.

A Brief History of KNH Foundation:
The Kids-N-Hope Foundation raises money to support Child Life Services, specifically, Music Therapy at Children'
Hospital of Philadelphia and other local hospitals within American Heritage's Workplace Partnership Program.
When a child becomes ill or injured, normal activities and relationships are disrupted. American Heritage Credit Union and its Kids-N-Hope Foundation are proud to support opportunities to engage children in normal day-to-day activities, support their development, and enhance their ability to cope with the hospital experience.
