What is QuickPay?
QuickPay is the service that allows you to pay an American Heritage loan or fund an American Heritage account with an account using another financial institution. You can pay an American Heritage loan using an account or debit card from another financial institution. You can also transfer funds from another financial institution to your American Heritage account. This service does not allow you transfer funds from your American Heritage account to another financial institution.
How do I access QuickPay?
QuickPay can be accessed through your Online Teller account. We encourage members to sign up for an Online Teller account to make payments with no transaction fees. Members who do not have an Online Teller account may also utilize our QuickPay service by selecting "Pay a Loan" from the top navigation on our website. (Utilizing Quickpay outside of Online Teller will result in a $1.50 transaction fee).
Is there a fee to use QuickPay?
QuickPay is available through your Online Teller account with no fee. QuickPay can also be accessed outside of Online Teller but will result in a $1.50 transaction fee.
Can I use QuickPay to transfer money into my American Heritage account?
QuickPay can be used to transfer money from external financial institutions to fund American Heritage loans and accounts.
How do I transfer money from an external account to my American Heritage account?
From the "Quick Pay and Transfer" tab in Online Teller, select "Account Funding." You will be asked to verify your identity with a code sent to the email associated with your American Heritage account. Once verified, you can select the "Schedule One Time Transfer" button, or select "Schedule One Time Transfer" from the "I would like to..." dropdown menu.
