American Heritage Credit Union ("American Heritage") was recently identified on Philadelphia Business Journal's list of Greater Philadelphia's Largest Employers. American Heritage was recognized as #55 on the list amongst other companies and businesses throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

American Heritage currently has 779 total employees across its entire workforce, including branches, corporate offices, executive roles, and more. A comprehensive and inclusive benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and chances to serve the local community are some of the employment components that American Heritage offers its associates. These opportunities allow American Heritage associates to make a significant impact in both their communities and their workplace.

American Heritage is eager to continue growing its workforce in the coming months. Later this year, it will open a branch in Allentown, Pennsylvania, marking its first physical space within the Lehigh Valley. Some associates for this branch have already been hired and have begun their training.

The Philadelphia Business Journal's Largest Employers list "contains 561 businesses, nonprofits, and governmental organizations that employ more than 400,000 people locally and millions across the nation and world." Philadelphia Business Journal conducted its own research or received data from individual employers through questionnaires to determine the list.
