American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has again been named a Best Credit Union to Work For by American Banker in 2025. American Heritage was one of 68 credit unions throughout the country to be named to this prestigious list, placing within the top 50. This is the seventh year in a row that American Heritage has been recognized on this list.

American Banker created this list with the consulting group Best Companies Group. Two surveys were conducted to assess credit unions. The first was given to the credit unions themselves, asking questions about their workplace policies, demographics, and systems. The second survey was given to credit union associates, asking for their satisfaction with their employer and elements such as pay, benefits, and leadership.

Recognition on American Banker’s Best Credit Unions to Work For list symbolizes a credit union’s commitment to excellence and providing its associates with an optimal workplace environment.
