Dear Fellow Members,

Welcome to 2025! We can reflect upon 2024 fondly, as we achieved various milestones as a credit union in the past year.

As we kick off 2025, I'd like to thank our members, associates, and Board of Directors for trusting and supporting American Heritage since our inception as Budd Workers Federal Credit Union in January of 1948. We've come a long way in 77 years, but our commitment to our members and local communities has never changed.

At our Grand Illumination event, we were thrilled to award the winner of our Grand Journey Sweepstakes with a vacation worth up to $10,000, courtesy of CU Travel. The other six finalists were awarded a free 12-month premium membership to CU Travel, as well as a $250 hotel voucher.

We're proud to have been named a Best-in-State Credit Union by Forbes for 2024, as well as one of Greater Philadelphia's Best Places to Work and a Best Credit Union to Work For by The Philadelphia Business Journal and American Banker, respectively. Additionally, we're honored to have been recognized by Mastercard through receipt of their Community Institution Segment Award for Financial Literacy & Education.

As we look at the months ahead, we are excited to expand our branches into New Jersey, courtesy of our acquisition of the banking operations of LINKBANCORP. We've acquired three of their branch locations in southern New Jersey, which total approximately $105 million in deposits and $123 million in loans. You may have also noticed new hours at your local branch, which we hope provide convenience and the best experiences for you as members as well as for our associates.

These efforts go together with the theme of our messaging in 2025. We are excited to celebrate the uniqueness of our membership and how we can best serve you through our 2025 campaign theme, "Your American Heritage."

To ensure our members are informed of the latest financials and credit union news, our Annual Meeting will take place on April 15, 2025. Stay tuned to our website in the coming months for additional details.

I'd like to thank you all again for placing your trust in American Heritage. We are excited for our continued growth as a financial institution and will not lose sight of what is most important to us: the members we proudly serve. We would not be where we are without you.
