American Heritage Credit Union Awarded for Excellence Credit Union Marketing Efforts, Community Initiatives, and Accessible Lending

American Heritage Marketing Team Members Display America’s Credit Unions Diamond Awards

American Heritage Credit Union was recently honored nationally by America’s Credit Unions with multiple honors for excellence in member communications, lending opportunities, and community programs. Additionally, American Heritage was among the top 20 winners of Open Lending’s inaugural Economic Vehicle Accessibility Awards (“EVAAs”).

America’s Credit Unions' Marketing and Business Development Council is a national network comprised of over 1,200 credit union marketing and business development professionals. The Diamond Awards are presented annually to credit unions in over 30 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond. This year, American Heritage won two Diamond Awards. 

The One-Time Event category awarded American Heritage for its 19th Annual Car Show and Member Appreciation Day. Each Spring, the credit union invites the community to its Northeast Philadelphia campus to enjoy over 300 cars, a 40+ vendor craft show, the Family Fun Zone, and a live broadcast of BIG 98.1.

The Email Single or Series category was award for American Heritage’s Loan Abandonment Automation Series. This email series, with an average conversion rate of 8.97%, optimizes American Heritage’s abandoned loan applications for auto, personal, credit card, home equity lines of credits, and home equity loans. 

Open Lending’s mission is to make transportation affordable by providing automated lending services to financial institutions throughout the United States. The EVAAs are awarded to Open Lending Partners who are driving vehicle access through financing opportunities for creditworthy near- and non-prime borrowers. Financial institutions are awarded based on asset size and judged on the total Lender Protection-Certified loans booked during 2023.
