American Heritage Credit Union Recognized by American Banker and Philadelphia Business Journal as Best Place to Work 2023

American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has recently been ranked in the top 50 Best Credit Unions to Work For in 2023 and in the top 20 Best Credit Unions to Work For with over $1 billion in assets by American Banker. American Heritage was also named a 2023 Best Places to Work Extra-Large Category winner by the Philadelphia Business Journal and a 2023 Healthiest Employer of Greater Philadelphia by Healthiest Employers®.

American Banker honors the top 70 Best Credit Unions to Work For by partnering with the Best Companies Group. Credit Unions are selected based on the results from two surveys, which evaluate the institutions’ employee satisfaction, career development, pay and benefits, as well as internal policies. For 2023, American Heritage was ranked 49th for the Best Credit Unions to Work for overall, and ranked 17th for Best Credit Unions to Work for with over $1 billion in assets.

American Heritage is also an extra-large category winner for the 2023 Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The Philadelphia Business Journal partnered with Quantum Workplace to find the 96 companies from around the region who make up Greater Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work For list for 2023. Employee feedback surveys ranked the companies by their composite score that evaluates the company’s culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership to decide the winners of each category size.

American Heritage was also named 7th in the large category of the 2023 Healthiest Employers of Greater Philadelphia list by Healthiest Employers®. Healthiest Employers® partners with Springbuk to assess employers based on six categories, including culture and leadership commitment, communications, programming and interventions, and more. These assessments rank the top employees who are creating a overall healthy environment for its employees.
