American Heritage Credit Union Completes Merger with Viriva Community Credit Union, Announces Opening of Warminster, PA Branch

American Heritage Credit Union announced that it has completed its merger with the $80 million asset Viriva Community Credit Union.  With more than 8,000 members, Viriva was headquartered in Bucks County.  The Viriva office in Warminster, Bucks County, reopened on November 1 as a full-service branch of American Heritage.  The Viriva membership overwhelmingly voted to merge their credit union with American Heritage in October.  
 
“We are excited to welcome Viriva’s 8,000 members to American Heritage and simultaneously expand our branch and delivery channel presence in Bucks County,” stated Bruce K. Foulke, American Heritage President & CEO.  “Viriva has a legacy of outstanding member service and community investment, and their membership and community partners will be a wonderful addition to American Heritage’s family.”
 
The Warminster branch will extend American Heritage’s presence and convenience in the Bucks County region. This newest location offers a full-service solution center for individuals, families, and businesses in the local community, delivering affordable and premiere banking, borrowing, payment solutions, business services, investments, and realty services via the latest technology, safety, and convenience channels.
 
American Heritage’s Warminster branch is located on 157 York Road, Warminster PA. The new branch features the latest in financial technology including drive-through services, a Lucy Change free coin counting machine, instant-issue credit and debit cards, and a 24-hour Surcharge-Free ATM.
