By: American Heritage05.06.19

American Heritage Credit Union’s (American Heritage) Green Team continued their dedication to the betterment of the environment by expanding its Adopt-A-Highway program to include a two-mile road in Lansdale, PA. On April 28, 2019, twenty-four employees and their guests graciously volunteered their time to make this clean-up event a tremendous success.  This was the second highway clean-up event organized by American Heritage’s Green Team this month, over thirty American Heritage employees and family members went to work to clean two miles of PA Route 13 (Frankford Avenue) in Philadelphia marking the tenth anniversary of their Adopt-A-Highway campaign.

“The environment is everyone’s responsibility and the Adopt-A-Highway program provides the opportunity for American Heritage employees to be a part of the solution,” stated American Heritage President & CEO Bruce K. Foulke. "We are excited to expand this intuitive into the Lansdale community. We have many members and employees who live in this area and we want to make sure that we are investing our time and resources in the communities that we serve.”
